You may ask any question of your Spirit Guides and Healing Guides that you could possibly think of and you will get some kind of answer. The vibrational energy involved is intense for most people with open channels and open hearts. It is very easy for most people to feel the energy of their guides and loved ones coming through to them during a session. Fear is the one thing that can block channels. If you are fearful of spirit communication you should know that in these particular sessions you are protected in the light by your guides and the spiritual beings sent to us from the other side.

Life guidance is the purpose your Spirit Guides serve and they are with you 24/7 to help you on a daily basis. My work involves helping you tap into your guides and the energy they provide to communicate with you and heal you with. It is good to recharge it with others, yes but you should always be able to produce your own energy so as not to "take" it from others.

Your cooperation in wanting to heal and let in the light and the energy that heals will determine the success of a Session.

Crystals from the Earth are natural energy producers and help in channeling and holding energy. Wear them, hang them in your home and enjoy their beauty as well! They have much more to offer than a piece of cardboard with a pretty picture on it.

During a physical healing session the energy can be very soothing, peaceful and intense! Before you consider having a session of this kind it is recommeneded that you're mentally prepared for it. For many, it is like touching the sky, flying free and floating on air, not a care in the world. The ultimate meditative state.

A Healing Session consists of the Healing Channel placing their hands lightly on the shoulders of the person receiving the healing during meditation. The Healing Channel asks that the areas requested are sent the vibrational Healing Light Energy. The Energy builds from the Healing Channel's hands to the person's shoulders. The Crown Chakra is opened (at the top of the head) and the energy is generated down through the body.

Through Energy channeling there is a Vibration. It is through that Vibration that our guides are able to Heal many many conditions through manipulation of enzymes and proteins, etc. that are already in our bodies and send them where they are needed. Pain relief, blocked arteries, floating bone chips, etc. are actually "zapped" with this Healing Light Energy.

Healing Guides tell me when they are sending Energy to a condition and let me know (by physical sensation or spoken word) when the session is done. Then I explain how to stay connected to your Guides to receive Healing on a daily basis. Some conditions are more chronic and need more time to heal. Some conditions are healed in one healing meditation session! Many people have been healed of their depression (ranging from mild to severe). Grief healing can heal the soul through messages and information from loved ones on the other side.

After the Session I always advise that the person form a close relationship with their Spiritual Guides through Meditation and Prayer. By using their names and understanding their unique personalities, you can tap into the information and healing they just Love to send you anytime you ask for it!

In very rare cases, some people have felt a presence around them but not the physical energy or intense vibration of their Spirit Guide. After practice they were able to achieve this. If the person's chakras are all blocked or there is fear or disbelief, it really does make a difference. It may take a few years for some to accept or it could take two weeks. Religious dogma and training is one block that many have to overcome. Accepting the fact that we all have the ability to Heal and Communicate takes time to sink in. It also takes Practice, Meditation and a huge desire to make it happen!

Soul work and understanding our Spiritual selves is the key to breaking through to this glorious ablity to channel healing and information. Belief, Courage, Resolve and Determination will take you to  new heights.
